Terms of use

• Membership is by application. The chamber's board of directors decides on every application, and the chamber may decline an application at its discretion.
• Dues are yearly, at the level you pick on the application. The prices shown on the site are from the chamber's current fee schedule; the office confirms them.
• A membership term runs 12 months from the date dues are paid. Your directory listing is published once the application is approved and the dues are paid.
• You can pay online through a payment processor or by invoice from the office. Online payments are recorded when the processor confirms them.
• Renewal is not automatic. You get reminder emails before the term ends. After the term ends there is a grace period set by the chamber; after that the listing is removed from the directory until dues are paid again.
• Refunds of dues are decided by the chamber office. Contact the office with your request.
• By applying, you confirm you are authorized to bind your organization, you agree to observe the highest level of ethics in conducting business, and you consent to receive emails about your membership.

Keep your sign-in private and tell us if you think someone else used it. You are responsible for what is done with your account. The chamber may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is used to harm members or the site.

• You own what you submit (descriptions, logos, photos, event details). You give the chamber a non-exclusive license to show it on this site, in chamber communications and in the chamber's social media, for as long as you are a member and the content is published.
• Only submit content you have the right to use. No one else's logos or photos without permission, and nothing misleading about your business.
• Listing changes, uploads and events are reviewed by chamber staff before they go live. The chamber may edit for format, decline, or remove a listing, image or event at any time.
• The directory is for finding and contacting member businesses. Do not scrape it, copy it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages. The message form is for genuine inquiries to that business.

Chamber events are organized by the chamber; registration and tickets are handled on the registration page each event links to, under that page's terms. Community events are submitted by the public and reviewed by staff; listing one does not mean the chamber organizes or endorses it. Member events are posted by members under their own name.

Do not try to break into the site, bypass its access rules, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. The site and its design are the chamber's; the member listings belong to the members who submitted them.

The site links to member websites, registration pages, government resources and social media. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

The site is provided as is. Member information is supplied by members and may be out of date. The chamber does not guarantee any business listed here, and is not a party to any deal between you and a member. To the extent the law allows, the chamber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes are handled in the courts of Franklin County, Washington, unless the law says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
